The Peter Cullen Trust works with scientists, policy makers and political leaders to bridge science, people and the environment through funding and facilitating programs that contribute to improved rural and urban water management in Australia.

Victoria is facing a biodiversity crisis. The most cleared state in the country, a third of our native animals are either extinct or threatened and almost half of our indigenous plants are faring even worse. The Victoria Naturally Alliance, which is made up of nine environment groups led by the Victorian National Parks Association, has been formed to work collectively to promote understanding both of the problem and of the solutions to the crisis including advocacy of governments.

By working with key water industry bodies to explore how the latest scientific knowledge can help solve some of Australia’s most challenging water resource management issues, eWater CRC has evolved a suite of products and tools that can give water managers confidence that the decisions they make are backed by solid scientific research.

eWater's product portfolio includes tools for operating rivers to optimise environmental and economic outcomes, integrated systems for efficient urban water management in a catchment context, models for conjunctive management of surface and groundwater, and decision support systems for guiding investments in river and catchment restoration.
